Returns & Exchanges
Let us know right away if there is a problem with your order.
- Cancellation requests must be received within 12 hours of placing your order. Read CANCELING YOUR ORDER below.
- Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 14 days after the actual or anticipated delivery date. Read RETURNS AND EXCHANGES below.
- Do not return your order unless instructed to do so.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER
To request cancellation of your order, email email@example.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Forward your order confirmation email with your request to cancel, or request cancellation by including your order number in your email. Orders are printed by our supplier approximately 24 hours after they are placed; refunds are contingent upon our being able to cancel your order before it is printed, so your prompt action is necessary. A refund will be issued upon successful cancellation with our supplier. Read REFUNDS below.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item you purchased was misprinted, damaged, defective, or lost in shipping. Only regularly priced items may be refunded or exchanged; sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
You must notify us in writing within 14 days after the actual or anticipated delivery date of your order to request a refund or exchange. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange if more than 14 days have passed.
Do not return items unless we ask you to do so.
Misprinted, damaged, or defective items:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after delivery of your order. Include 1) a photo showing the problem with the item, 2) a written description of the issue, and 3) whether you wish to receive a replacement or a refund. If we are unable to determine that you received a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, we may ask you to return the item. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Read SHIPPING below.
Email email@example.com within 14 days after the anticipated delivery date of your order. Let us know that your item has been lost in shipment or not delivered to you, and indicate whether you wish to receive a replacement or a refund. Allow 14 days for us to investigate your claim with the shipper.
We will notify you by email within 14 days after receipt of your request whether replacement or refund has been approved or denied. If replacement is requested and approved, a replacement will be ordered and sent to you. If a refund is requested and approved, read REFUNDS below for details.
In all cases, we will notify you by email of the approval or denial of your request for refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few days for your refund to appear in your account. If you haven't received the refund to your account within ten business days after receiving our notification email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, including packaging. You may reuse the packaging in which the item was shipped to you. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If we have asked you to return the item, we cannot issue a refund unless the item is received by us. You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
